Google has started rolling out multiple account log-ins, allowing certain users to simultaneously manage several Google accounts. Those lucky to be granted access will notice a new button on their account settings page allowing them to turn on or off “multiple sign-in.” Once you turn it on, you’ll notice an arrow and drop-down menu at the top of the page, allowing you to quickly and easily change accounts.
There are some restrictions, however; the multiple sign-ins will disable offline access to Gmail and Google Calendar, and will only work with Gmail, Calendar, Reader, Sites and Code. There’s no word whether or not it works with Apps accounts just yet, but we’re hoping that it does. The option should be showing up soon if you don’t have access yet, so keep hitting refresh (like us, over and over again) on that account settings page. [From: Google OS, via: Download Squad]
